People will always desire systems. If you create one or even a simple product to help others get more leads, recruit more, profit more, you're bridging the gap for them. Ethically whenever I did a PPS training call I ALWAYS reminded people that I wanted them to learn the ropes with us and then get out there and create their own. There will always be a demand for systems so there will always be the opportunity for you to create a profitable business by creating and providing one to the market.
